Faith
Catholic Campus Ministry is dedicated to helping ODU students grow in their faith throughout their time at college. Whether you are new to your faith or have been deeply involved for years, CCM is a place where you can come to pray, to learn, and to deepen your relationship with Christ. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask, and know of our prayers for the whole ODU community.
Mass and Reconciliation:
Sunday Mass:
8:00pm
Hampton/Newport News Room in the Webb Center (unless otherwise noted via website or bulletin)
Daily Mass:
Monday and Friday: 12:00 at the Catholic Campus Ministry House
Tuesday: 12:30 in the Webb Center
Thursday: 4:30 in the Webb Center
For the Fall Semester, Tuesday and Thursday’s Masses will be in several rooms within the Webb Center. At the beginning of each week we will post where the Mass will be located online, as well as in the bulletin.
Reconciliation:
Friday: 10-12 in the Catholic Campus Ministry House
Any other time by appointment with Fr. Mike
Retreats:
Retreats are a chance to take a step back from our everyday surroundings to grow in our faith. We offer a Fall Retreat in late September, participate in the Diocesan Encounter With Christ Retreats, and will have other retreats throughout the school year.
RCIA:
If you are not Catholic but are interested in becoming Catholic, or if you are Catholic and need to receive Sacraments, RCIA classes will be offered at the CCM House. Please contact Andrew if you are interested in joining the class.
