New Sunday Mass Time for Spring Semester

Soul Food and Baby Shower

On Thursday the 2nd of February we will have Soul Food at our Normal time of 5:45 Mass and 6:30 Dinner.  Our Speaker for the event will be the Crisis Pregnancy Center.  In order to support them we will be collecting baby shower items.  The list of what they need is located below.  We will collect them until Tuesday 7th.  Please drop them off at the Catholic Campus Ministry House or bring them to Mass on Feb. 5th.

Mass Times for week of January 23rd

Monday: No Mass because of the March for Life in D.C.  Instead we will be praying a Rosary at Noon at the CCM House.

Tuesday: 12:30 in the James Lynn Room #1303

Thursday: 5:45 in the James Lynn Room #1303

Friday: 12:00 in the Pot York Room #1306

Sunday: 8pm in the Hampton/Newport News Room

Evening Prayer on Wednesdays

Every Wednesday at 5:45 Catholic Campus Ministry will pray Evening Prayer at the Lion Statue on Kauffman Mall.  Prayer will last 10-15 minutes and all are welcome!

Campus Ministry Interns for 2012-2013

Interested in serving at one of our 68 college campuses?  The Catholic Diocese of Richmond is seeking recent college graduates to serve in our new campus ministry intern program.  Interns serve full-time with a campus minister at one of the 68 college campuses in our diocese for one or two years.  Benefits include a modest stipend and opportunity to pursue a master’s degree in pastoral ministry or theology from a top Catholic university at no cost.  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree. The candidate must be an active, practicing Catholic (ordained, religious or lay) in good standing who has a commitment to the advancement of ministry with college students and young adults, be open to work with ministry leaders of other faith traditions, and possess strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
